ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว (PDPA) สำหรับพอร์ทัลตัวแทนจำหน่ายและคลินิก

1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Kaihan Therapeutics (สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี) และ Thai HQ Co., Ltd. (ประเทศไทย) ร่วมกันให้บริการระบบสั่งซื้อสำหรับตัวแทนจำหน่ายและคลินิกในประเทศไทย และเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) (“เรา”) ประกาศนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านอย่างไร เมื่อท่านลงทะเบียนและใช้งานพอร์ทัลตัวแทนจำหน่ายและคลินิก

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

ข้อมูลคลินิก: ชื่อคลินิก เขตหรือพื้นที่ เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ที่อยู่จัดส่ง
ข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ: ชื่อผู้ติดต่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล
ข้อมูลบัญชี: ชื่อผู้ใช้ และรหัสผ่านที่ถูกเข้ารหัส
ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ: รายการสินค้า จำนวน ใบแจ้งหนี้ สถานะการจัดส่งและการชำระเงิน
ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: IP address วันเวลาที่เข้าใช้ ชนิดเบราว์เซอร์และอุปกรณ์

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยหรือข้อมูลอ่อนไหวใด ๆ โปรดอย่ากรอกข้อมูลผู้ป่วยในพอร์ทัลหรือในช่องหมายเหตุ

3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

สร้างและบริหารบัญชี ตรวจสอบตัวตนและสถานะของคลินิก (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
รับและดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อ จัดส่ง ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และดูแลหลังการขาย (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
เก็บบัญชีและเอกสารทางภาษีตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย)
รักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบและป้องกันการใช้งานโดยมิชอบ (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
ส่งข่าวสารผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ (เฉพาะเมื่อท่านให้ความยินยอมแยกต่างหาก และถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ)

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ ได้แก่ ตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ดูแลคลินิกของท่าน ผู้ให้บริการจัดส่ง และผู้ให้บริการระบบเว็บไซต์และอีเมล (Cafe24 และ Naver Works) เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

5. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

ระบบพอร์ทัลและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราตั้งอยู่ในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ข้อมูลของท่านจึงถูกส่งไปยังประเทศดังกล่าวเพื่อให้บริการตามสัญญา เราดูแลให้ผู้รับข้อมูลมีมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสมตามที่ PDPA กำหนด

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

ข้อมูลบัญชี: ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ท่านใช้งาน และอีก 2 ปีหลังปิดบัญชี
ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อ ใบแจ้งหนี้ และเอกสารทางบัญชี: อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ตามกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีของประเทศไทย
ข้อมูลการใช้งานและบันทึกการเข้าถึง: 3 เดือน

เมื่อครบกำหนด เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนา ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอให้ลบหรือทำลาย ขอให้ระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอรับหรือโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยแจ้งเราทางอีเมลด้านล่าง เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน หากท่านเห็นว่าเราละเมิด PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ที่ www.pdpc.or.th

8. การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย

เรารักษาความปลอดภัยด้วยการเข้ารหัสรหัสผ่าน การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตามหน้าที่ และการตรวจสอบระบบเป็นประจำ

9. คุกกี้

พอร์ทัลใช้เฉพาะคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการเข้าสู่ระบบและความปลอดภัย เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงประกาศ

หากมีการแก้ไขประกาศนี้ เราจะแจ้งผ่านพอร์ทัลและแก้ไขวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ด้านล่าง ประกาศนี้มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 ตุลาคม 2569

Privacy Notice (PDPA) for the Agent and Clinic Portal

1. Who we are

Kaihan Therapeutics (Republic of Korea) and Thai HQ Co., Ltd. (Thailand) jointly operate the ordering service for agents and clinics in Thailand and are the data controllers under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) (“we”). This notice explains how we collect, use and disclose your data when you register for and use the Agent and Clinic Portal.

2. Data we collect

Clinic details: clinic name, district or area, tax ID, delivery address
Contact details: contact person, phone number, email
Account details: username and encrypted password
Order details: items, quantities, invoices, delivery and payment status
Usage data: IP address, access time, browser and device type

We do not collect patient data or any sensitive data. Please do not enter patient information in the portal or in note fields.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Create and manage your account and verify your clinic (performance of a contract)
Receive and process orders, deliver, invoice and provide after-sales support (performance of a contract)
Keep accounting and tax records as required by law (legal obligation)
Keep the system secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests)
Send product news unrelated to orders (only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

4. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed with those involved in the service: the agent who looks after your clinic, delivery providers, and our website and email providers (Cafe24 and Naver Works). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers abroad

Our portal and servers are located in the Republic of Korea, so your data is transferred there to provide the service under our contract with you. We make sure recipients apply appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPA.

6. Retention

Account data: while you use the portal, plus 2 years after the account is closed
Orders, invoices and accounting records: at least 5 years, as required by Thai accounting and tax laws
Usage and access logs: 3 months

When the period ends we delete the data or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights

You may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us below. We reply within 30 days. If you believe we have violated the PDPA, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC) at www.pdpc.or.th.

8. Security

We protect data with encrypted passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access limits and regular system checks.

9. Cookies

The portal uses only essential cookies for login and security. We do not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.

10. Changes

If we change this notice, we will tell you in the portal and update the date below. This notice is effective from October 12, 2026.
